I can not wait to test my new ice cream maker, but require the use of Splenda as my husband is diabetic.

I know that sugar can be replaced by artificial sweeteners, because sugar is used in the kitchen. However, the sugar is not needed to make ice cream. You can Splenda sugar substitute, but do not know what proportion.
